Ride Like a Pro

Giro d'Italia Ride Like a Pro is the amateur cycling event concept associated with the Giro d'Italia. It gives recreational and competitive amateur riders the chance to experience an organised, race-style cycling weekend with the atmosphere of the Giro – closed-road sections where confirmed, marshals, feed zones, timing and a festival village.

The Giro d'Italia is one of cycling's three Grand Tours, famous for its mountain passes, passionate fans and the maglia rosa. Ride Like a Pro events channel that spirit into rides for everyone, in Italy and in selected destinations around the world.

On August 28–29, 2027 the experience comes to Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. Routes, programme and participant information are being finalised and will be published on this website as they are confirmed.
